1) The fact that you feel like you have had enough sleep does not mean that your body has actually had enough sleep.Add an hour more and see.

2) Also do not eat heavy in the morning before setting off to work.

3) Make a to do list for the next day before you leave work.That way you are sure of what you have to do first thing you get to work and not lazy arround for a while which could actually make you feel sleepy.

You were awakened during REM sleep, and the result is you feel draggy. Try changing your bedtime by an hour, either forward or back, to see if you can get up during non-REM sleep.

You can also take a stimulant like coffee or tea, with caffeine. It takes about 20-30 minutes for it to kick in after you drink it.

sleep until u feel very fresh
or wake up very early when the sun would just be rising and go for a walk to a beautiful garden or a place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty until u gain enough energy.

Try moving around a little. I have the same problem and haven't found anything yet either. Good luck and I hope you aren't an air traffic controller.

An Iced coffee. It works for me. Oh did I say LARGE.
