Actually it is also quite true. Only Apple computers which is Macintosh gives great graphics editor and all those watever u need. So why don't you upgrade to a macintosh but at first if u r willing to do so, make sure to back up all ur infos and stuffs.

or alternatively, u can try searching in the net for it.

PS, nobody gives u software unless the people are living around your area, those people means, it can be anybody but don't fall in to the theifs who is trying to sell you some fake stuff and or unless u buy it on line(if you own a credit card) or from other retailers in your town or similar.. Or u can try downloading it.. <-- My answer could be quite lame if u r thinking i'm lame..
