You ran out of the house b4 whooping some a$$? Grab the B**ch by her hair yank her out of bed spit in her face tell her what a worthless person she turned out to be, ask her if she likes how you taste. Then look at your boyfriend and say " I thought dealing with your std and still sleeping with you you trusted me and wanted to only be with me. Now I can see you don't care who you give your diseases to." Although he may not have any stds, doesn't hurt to make the B**ch wonder and go the doctor and sweat it for awhile.
Then smile and say "Thanks for the eye opener." and never talk to either one of them.
Since this oppurtunity to do all that has surpassed you, just don't even associate with either one of them, you will be better off. If you got back together with the dude, it would be complete disaster, and you would always wonder which friend of yours he was going to try to sleep with next. You will never trust him again. If it was just some random girl, you may be able to forgive him, but it was your best friend and he knew that, so its pretty deep.

I know what you have been through as I experienced the same situation 2 years ago.
You should never forgive the two bastards!
He came back to me asking me to forgive him. he was in tears, crying like a baby. It was disgusting. I didn't forgive him and I don't regret anything. Now after 2 years he keeps calling me and still asking me to forgive him. I know that he's suffering but this is what he deserves.
Move on darling. F**k the b**ch and the bastard. Don't care about them.
You deserve a better man! Any you WILL FIND him!

OMG!! first off, feel very sorry 4 u hun. What I would do is to start crying like a crazy jerk, and I would leave the place and try 2 never see them both anymore.
And of course, I would NEVER EVER forgive them.
And about those who are saying "join them", haha, c'mon! they are the kind of people who show to be very strong and if they actually go through that situtation they would kill themselves.

Its a no go! Time to dump the boyfriend and then take out an ad in the paper and tell your friend in the add that she has till such and such a time to come and get her things or they will be disposed of. Then when she does not answer....dump them all on the side of the road for the garbage man! yeah baby!

I would let them enjoy and I would go and find some self satisfaction for myself. But there is no way I would take the girl back but I would probably keep my best friend just so I could see how miserable he was lol
