I was about 6 weeks along when I found out. I had extremely sore breasts and I was so tired that I could hardly get my butt off the couch to do anything in the evening, so I knew that something was going on. Also, my period was late, but I have always been highly irregular, so that didn't concern me as much as the other symptoms. I took two pregnancy tests (didn't believe the first one) and both positive. What a shock!

With my 1st, it took me about 4 1/2 to 5 months to figure it out. I still had periods, felt pretty good except I was tired alot, but I had been moving and helping my friend get ready for her wedding and I thought I was getting the flu. I also had lost 15-20 lbs and didnt know that could happen while preg. I had recently had an obgyn checkup and figured if I was preg, they would know.
I didnt really have many symptoms and when I went to the doctor, I thought I was going to have something else wrong, like endometriosis. My periods stopped around the 4th or 5th month. I was also on the pill. I had taken a preg test, and the doctor confirmed it. To be honest, I think I probably wasnt paying attention, didnt really expect it ect. I had a bigger appetite than normal, but I had been trying to loose weight & thought it was just my body resisting the lower food consumption. I was a little overweight at the time and nobody could tell I was preg until around the 8th month when I really popped.
My 2nd and 3rd preg, I knew immediately, and had more symptoms (go figure). Who knows maybe thats because I had a boy first and then 2 girls, they say girls are more acidic so you get more irritations.
