my aunt dosent care she makes my cusin not eat. shes really mean and my cusin and me really get along she askes me for help what should i do?

People with severe anorexia are always at risk for death from starvation. But when you say your cousin is anorexic, do you mean she chooses not to eat, or your aunt does not let her eat? Will your cousin eat if she is not around your aunt?

Anorexia is bad & so is bulimia. I see a trend in your question, if her mother makes her not eat or doesn't let her then when she is not around her mother she will not be able to eat. When you go out with you cousin, does she eat a little or eat a lot of food & then excuse herself to the ladies room? My nineteen year old neice is going thru this brother. I have brought the situation up to my sister but she says your crazy, just because someone goes to the bathroom after they eat does not mean she is throwing up what she has eaten. She has been at my house for supper and as soon as she puts the fork down she goes to the bathroom, I have heard her gagging & throwing up. I even told my mother and she laughs it off & then I figured out she is doing it to herself.
Be supportive of your cousin. Perhaps see if she can stay at your house for a week to get a way from the mental abuse her mother is putting her through because if her mother is not letting her eat then that is mental abuse. If she does well, at your house, talk to your mother about it. If your mother is as caring as you are, she will help her neice also.

You need to add in a little more details. Is you cosin anerxic because your aunt refuses to provide food or does your cosin CHOOSE not to eat. If its your aunt that refuses to feed her, tell ur parents or any adult that can help that situation. This is a serious problem, you aunt sounds like a very evil person, maybe you should report this to the police.

tell a responsible adult. if her mother doesn't seem to do anything, tell a teacher or your mother!
the harm that one can do to their own body from being anorexic is VERY SERIOUS. do not ignore it.
