Their is none my friend, none at all. They rely on themselves to be proof they are real, which any scientist or Logician will tell you is a terrible argument. 'Im True because i Say i Am' is a terrible argument.
Hence, im an Atheist

Well, first off, the Bible has many prophecies that have come true. As a matter of fact there has not been a single false prophecy by God in the Bible.

Secondly, the Bible and the Koran separate after Abraham, where the Muslims follow the line of Ishmael and Jews the line of Issac.

Thirdly, the Koran states many things that are in conflict with what is contained in the Bible. Only one can be right.

Forth, the Koran was also written well after the Bible.

Needless to say I will go with the Bible as the inerrant Word of God.

If I had to choose I would point out that the Bible came before the Koran. Also having read them both there was much in the Koran that sounded the same as the Bible. If it had been written today Mohammad might not have gotten into some of our more crowded state universities having commited such plagarism. They are essentially the same. Both are real in that they exist and both probably contain some non-truths.

Both of them are real. You can buy them in bookshops almost anywhere. Your question shows a lack of understanding of how simplicticly you view the world. That is ok, though.

My advice is just not to try to convert anyone to whatever faith you have. Leave that to others. Even they do not do well on arguments. When was the last time you have seen someone say "Gosh, that argument was valid; I'll just stop being a Catholic and start being a Mormon (or Baptist or Bahai)?" Just does not happen that way.

However, I do understand that the elders of your church send you out to try to convert others so as to teach you more about your own faith. That perhaps is valid; although, it does annoy the rest of humanity.

Books are books; they are written, editted, printed, revised, and sold by human beings. Angels do not come down and write books (like brownies fixing the cobblers' shows) at night time. Books are written by very human men and women. Most of those in the Hebrew Torah and Christian Bible were written hundreds of years after the events depicted.

Do not live you life in books. What did Jesus do with those who argued everything from books? Remember those who tried to trap him with arguments about healing on the Sabbath? Whose side of the argument are you on?

Statistics and odds are a good way to determine the truth about something. At the same time, many people still will not believe in something if they have the statistics proven right in front of their face.

If you were about to get on a plane and I said to you that 1 in 100 pilots are going to crash, would you get on the plane? Probably not. Now, there are many many prophecies of the Bible that have come true - and the odds of that happening - when combined - you are more likely to grow wings and fly. But will you believe? Probably not.

There are several reasons you wont believe but the biggest is this - you wont believe because Mommy and Daddy didnt tell you to believe that. You dont believe what YOU believe, you believe what you are TOLD. Is that really a belief? Nope, its not yours, it is somebody elses. There are many people that are more afraid of losing family ties than losing ties with God. For some, you cannot have both.

The Quran and the Bible both came from God and they are real. It's all based on what you believe and your faith...

As Jesus Said "By your faith will ye be judged"

It's stated in the Quran- In Paradise there will be Muslims Jews and Chirsitians.

Paradise is granted to those who believe in God.
All three faiths came from God and those who follow them will be at peace... No faith is better then the other no is one Book higher then the other...

The Quran is the seal of all holy Books... So what on may find in the Bible you can find in the Quran and what one may find or read in the Torah they'll also find in the Quran.

All Holy Books are real...

All the words in the Bible are written author's inspired by God. The Koran on the other hand was written by Mohammed, who admitted that some of the Surahs he original included in the Koran were inspired by the Devil. If he couldn't tell the difference between God and the Devil how can anything he wrote be trusted.

CRITERIA TO JUDGE A BOOK WHETHER ITS FROM GOD OR NOT

What does the book says about itself?
Is there any contradictions in the book?
Is there any new information in the book which was not known at the time when it was revealed?
Is there any unfulfilled prophecies in the book?
Is the revelation available in the original language when it was revealed?

The first way to judge a book whether it is the word of God is to look on what does the book speaks about itself.

Let us analyze, what does Quran says about itself.

Quran (55:1-2)
1. ((Allah)) Most Gracious! 2. It is He Who has taught the Qur'an.

(45:2) The revelation of the Book is from Allah the Exalted in Power, Full of Wisdom.

THE QURAN IDENTIFY ITSELF AND SAYS THAT AUTHOR IS GOD ALMIGHTY

In In chapter 32 verse 1-3, In chapter 36 verse 1-3 ,In chapter 39 verse 1 , In chapter 40 verse 2 , In chapter 45 verse 2, In Surah Al-Rahman chapter 55 verse 1-2, In chapter 56 verse 77-80 and In chapter 76 verse 23

Bible does not speaks about itself. The word 'bible' is not in the bible. Bible has been taken from the greek word 'Biblos' meaning a book. And the bible doesn't say that I am the book of God. If it would have been the word of God, then it contain at least one verse regarding its origin.

_______________________________

IS THERE ANY CONTRADICTION?

Further, The Qur'an does not contain a single contradiction. The Qur’an also gives a falsification test in Surah Nisa chapter 4 verse 82 which any one in the world can try.

"Do they not consider the Qur'an (with care)? Had it been from other Than Allah, they would surely have found therein Much discrepancy." [Al-Qur’an 4:82]

Today if any one wants to prove that the Qur’an is not the word of God, he just has to point out a single contradiction in the Qur’an. There are many unbelievers who tried to point out several alleged contradiction in the Qur’an but all of their attempts were either out of context, mistranslations or misquotations.

Quran(15:9). We have, without doubt, sent down the Message; and We will assuredly guard it (from corruption)

The thing is that both go by faith and not proof. There is no proof for either, but what are the chances of an old guy rounding up two of every animal in the entire world and building an arc?

Both are real. They have pages and words, and sometimes a fancy cover.

They both teach some great lessons and some terrible lessons.

The argument for God is flimsy at best, thats why belief in him is called faith.

Many believers think that they are superior to others who dont believe. That is bad and baseless.

Many believers think that their 'morals' are superior because they have been taught from the bible or Koran.

I believe that if you come to moral conclusions from discussion, genuine tolerance (Christians shouting at gays and carrying out capital punishment is not really tolerance is it?), and belief in the capacity of human kindness would be an equally good way to go.

I do envy believers in some ways though...

I agree with Thomas...a bit...If you look at the whole picture, there is absolutely no way we can know which is true or flase. It is just personal preference. Either you wanna believe or not. Nobody can shove religion down your throat

Im not a religious muslim myself, but i do believe in the Quran. Though im a "neutral" guy and i respect others beliefs
