I can't tell you the specifics because I don't know where youare, but basically, with a misdemeanor bench warrant, if they stumble onto you you'll get caught but they won't kill themselves and issue an all points bulletin on you or anything, unless you live in a small town with like 10 people in it

they sure will... i live in california n i had a bench warrant for failing to provide the court with a certificate of completion of an alcohol abuse class... on a friday night as i was getting ready to head out to a party there was a knock on my door and thinking nothing of it as i opened the door....Ohhh hello mr. officer man! but since i actually had completed the course and showed the officer the form he just cited me again to appear in court.
