Not trying to be funny, seriously, a lot of people think Jesus is God, and I'm only asking, did those who think Jesus is God talk to Jesus or a burning bush, or did someone else tell you about Jesus, like a parent or a friend.

I first learned about God and Jesus from Sunday school. My parents were not religious but they thought I should be. Learning about God and finding God are two different things for me.I was 29 yrs. old when God found me and I decided to listen. There was no burning bush, but still something very wonderful happened. It was the 2nd time I went to a Mass(my girlfriend was Catholic),and all of a sudden I just felt at peace as the Holy Spirit descended on me. I realized that this was where I belonged and it felt great.Like a missing puzzle piece had been found. When people have asked me about it I liken it to the scene in The Blues Brothers when Bellucci is in the Baptist Church.

I remembered him. I can remember being three months old, and iam pretty sure i can remember being a few hours old in an incubator. Since no one can account for my explination of the room and situation, and people.

I just always knew who he was. When i was really very very little i had a dream where he told me i would see the end of these things. Tell me how a toddler could have an understanding of those things.

I was born into a non believing home, both sides of my family were non believers. No one including my parents became christian until my little brother was three years old. We didnt even own a bible.

My little brother, when he was a year an a half, was asked by my mother to look at a picture of jesus that some person had given her (she was going to throw it out). She asked him if he knew who it was.

He said it was jesus. He couldnt even say MY name.

Jim, I heard a lot about religions and religious talks right from my childhood, living in India, it is easy as u r surrounded with all the reigions of the planet. Exploring right from the childhood days, I have experienced personally and as u asked not to be funny, I met Muhammad, experienced Christ, experienced Krishna and experienced Mother Aurobindo. I believe what every body says and search for the TRUTH, and believe me the saying is true, "If your seeking is true, u can find GOD". U hv to give up your idea's, conditioning about what & how god looks. U might find the experience crazy, u never know in which form they come to u, by the time u realize what u experienced, they are gone, leaving a strong message. If you are seeking this truly, I promise u, u wil have an experience soon. God bless u.

I heavily doubt that the Egyptian pronunciation of any words would nicely be found to be a twin of words contemporary in Hebrew. that would want to be like holding the words "Donde esta l. a. bibliotique" are also English words with diverse meanings, at the same time as if actuality none of those words, would nicely be construed as English with the achieveable exception of 'l. a.'. as well I heavily doubt the the pronunciation of the Egyptian language has remained consistent for over 4000 years. operating example in present day China they have a pictograph written language like hieroglyphics, an at the same time as they could all examine and write the language, from province to province the pronunciation will develop into uninterpretable. as an get mutually the note for e book in cantonese and mandarin are written the very similar yet reported very in a distinct way. That get mutually takes position contained in the present, so the concept a 4000 year old image language is reported the very similar on the prompt because it replaced into 4000 years in the past seems very not likely. desire that enables.

I saw George W burning on TV and then heard the voice of God, and I am being serious here.
I thought I was crazy, but I still remember it happening. So maybe God is talking through Bush.

You know, when I was a very little kid, my mom read me the story of little red riding hood. I got so impressed that I saw the wolf in my bathroom and in my closet! I swear! I experienced the wolf! I'm not kidding, I was really afraid and I saw it.

I grew up and knew it was nonsense, basically, because everyone would think it was nonsense. Now imagine if the majority though the wolf was real and that he visited kids at night, wouldn't that be much harder to deny?

I experience the wolf from little red riding hood staring at me from my bathroom. Does that make the event real? Of course not!

I used to believe in god and pray to him as well, I was taught that, I was told god existed and Jesus was god. I was taught to give thanks for being even being able to breath. I'm over that already.

My parents took me to church from a very young age. When did I truly put it all together and know that God exists and that we can't just have happened on our own? When I saw and held my baby son 22 years ago and he looked like my father! It couldn't be random or just science . We still laugh at the newborn hospital photo! How did a brand new baby come out and look like Karl??

Great question..A friend ask me to pray..and to ask God if he would reveal himself to me and he did. I'm a hard person to convince of anything..I don't believe in UFO's, I'm the world biggest skeptic..so it was hard for me. But the Lord did come into my life..I was changed on a spiritual level. When God came into my life it was like finding myself..it was like coming home after being gone for years..suddenly I understoof how much he loved me...I also understood he chose me..I didn't chose him. The experience has been awesome, I have served him some 26 years now..I have never regreted one second. I will bless the Lord everyday of my life and his praises shall I sing for the rest of my life. If this is a dream..wake me not..if I'm delusional..let me be. For my heart is full, my family is saved, my wife is wonderful, my children are healthy and my home is well!

Most Christian families raise their children to believe in God and Jesus..they start at birth the whole church thing every Wed. and Sun....I'm not Christian but I was raised to be but I was taught the difference between God & Jesus. But I also believe Jesus was just a man..no miracles conception, I also believe Mary Magdelan was his wife..and he loved her just as any husband would.
