ok, i have an old flame from middle school and i gathered up some phone numbers and only one of them can be his. i plan on dialing *67 beforehand so he wont get my number. except i have a very hard time trying to figure out what to say to him, since he was in the 8th grade at the time and i was 6th grade and its been 2 years now he might not remember me.
i just might call to hear his parents voice, ask if Zach is home, if they say yes hang up and write the number down.
but if not what CAN i do? i am totally stumped right now.
and let me add he doesnt even know my name.

Such a dilema. So, why do you want to call this boy? What is in it for you? You cannot even thing of anything to say once you do get hold of him. You are getting way ahead of yourself. You must be in the 8th grade, and he in the tenth, if I understand your timeline.
I just cannot imagine a sophmore in high school will be interested in an 8th grader.
However, if this is something you really want to try, take a few minutes to discuss what you would like to say to him, before you call him. But I must tell you, be prepared for disappointment.

Why do you want to be so sneaky and adolescent?? Just call and ask for him and if he's not ther, ask them to take a message. If he wants to talk to you, he will. Or...send him a note...remember...mail??
