form whatever grain i start with, my object is to obtain as end products i) Ethanol, ii) Protein and iii) Carbon dioxide. I am intertested in the methodology and or technology to employ to achieve this result first and possibly vary/alter the outputs by percentages simply by tinkering with the process(30:30:40; 40 50:25:25 etc).tx

You'll need to buy a still. For a list of suppliers, check out this site: http://homedistiller.org/equipment.htm#suppliers

Check out the root of that site too. You may find the whole site interesting:

You will need a still. With it, you will first make beer, then heat up the beer in your still so that the alcohol will evaporate, and you will collect this alcohol. This is the ethanol that you want. You will then distill this alcohol again to bring it to approx. 80% alcolol. Afterwards, it's a good idea to dillute this alcohol down to 40% so it's more drinkable.
Check out www.homedistillers.org for more complete details and information.
