interesting. the "moto" on the site i publish says "proof evolution is in flux" [the site is ginkworld] so i am a believe that all things evolve. well, all living things that is - and because questions can be seen as "living" in that they are embodied in the minds of others - questions can evolve :)

There is some evolution in some areas, with the constant influx of new participants there is also a lot of regression and redundancy.

Yes and No
Yes we see more questions about the same subject, and more talk about same issue.
No we don't see out breaks in the results or total shift of opinions due to answeres, we see jokes/hate more actually.
