If he doesn't outgrow it soon, see a vet. Also, make sure you walk him before his naps! Don't give him any water for at least two hours before bedtime at night.

I would get him to the vet because he might have a bladder infection and untreated can cause a lot of problems like his urine could crystallize and cause a blockage or effect his kidneys..It also might be something to do with genetics since it is a pure bred so best be safe and just check it out..He probably is just fine but to make sure I would have him looked over and it will make you feel better too.Good Luck.

I think it's okay. My puppy still pees in her sleep sometimes. Puppies have small bladders, and sometimes can't hold it very long. And, just like humans, dogs dream. Children wet the bed, dogs do too. Even when they are 11 months old. But if it would make you feel better, take him to a vet.

While it is probably nothing, I would check with the vet just to be sure. The dog could have a bladder infection, or other minor problem.

I'd have him checked by your vet. I can't say I've ever known of a dog weeing in their sleep, so it's best to rule out any physical causes first.

could be two things.

1. He is dreaming that he is peeing.
2. he might have a blatter infection and not able to control the pee
