Style it ow you would normally. Don't try to become something that you're not or someone who you think they'll want because they can see right through it.

I worked at as a paralegal for a year, and when I went into my interview I just dressed in something nice, and did my hair and make-up as usual. I got hired on the spot.

Just be sure your hair stays out of your face - they like to be able to look you in the eye when talking with you.

Good luck!

Well if your interview is at a Law office maybe you'd want to look a bit serious and sophisticated but at the same time smart and pretty. Tough isn't it? Well I don't know how EXACTLY you should fix your hair but I could give you ideas snf tell you what it would look like in any way possible. If you let it loose, and you're saying it's layered... IF it's only "perfectly" layered try to just get a little hairpin and get rid of the old "to the side layer". Grab some of the front hair, not too much! Just a bit (because that looks much cooler.. and.."newer") and put it back and bump it a little bit by letting it loose while pinning it. That would look in fashion.. if You do this.. PLUS tying your hair in a nice neat ponytail, that would look in fashion AND smart.. and You'd look good I'm sure :)

So this is my answer to You .. I hope it works out and if it doesn't... well first of all I'm sorry I couldn't help lol aaaand... they're supposed to accept YOU not the hair!! :P

There are a few options -- remember that the goal is to look professional and responsible, not cute or fashionable.
You can straighten it and pull up the top half with a small neutral-colored clip.
Pull it all back with a large clip.
Straighten it and see if you can work it into a low bun, and pull out just two medium-sized strands to border your face.
Remember...not too much hair spray or hair products (and also not too much perfume!)...you don't want to walk into your interview smelling like a hair salon. Just enough to calm any strays or frizzies.
Best of luck!!

I actually work at a law office and we've been doing interviews this week. If your hair is long enough, I would recommend parting your hair on the side and pulling it into a sleek ponytail at the nape of your neck. It's neat and professional.

Depends on how you want to look. There are a few hairstyles that look professional. The completely straight, thinner look. Try not to leave it poofy looking. If you have really thick hair try curling it instead. Maybe a tight bun. Just depends on how thick your hair is to determine what look would seem more professional on you.

Wear your hair back with your hair in a bun. It is simple yet sophisticated. By the way, good luck with your new job.

Put it a low ponytail, or just pull it back with some clips. Just make sure it looks neat and professional, not like you just rolled out of bed with Johnny-no-name. ;)

Best of luck on your interview!

Just make sure it's smooth, sleek, clean, and out of your face. You don't have to put it back, but if you do, make it neat. No big clips or messy buns.
