DO NOT GIVE HICKEYS a hickey is a deep bruise.
You are causing the blood vessels in his neck to burst and allow the blood to leak into the skin.

Its so weird...but finally I can answer a question like this
Giving a hickey doesn't involve biting! Just move your lips down by his neck and kiss, but then slowly start to suckle , kind of like a vacuum cleaner and if you do that long enough it can be a really big blood cloth which is all a hickey is!
But if you want to turn him on, just ask him what does it for him. Or let him do something for you. I find i'm more turned on by my gf if she helps place my hands around her.

Pucker up and suck hard. To annoy him, you can do yourself with a bottle. Warm it up and place it against your neck. As it cools it forms a vacuum and sucks. It will leave some nice marks but be careful if your mum or dad sees them and gets the wrong impression. Good luck.
