You need to be more specific in terms of where you live, how much are you ready to spend, what kind of clothing would you like, what time of the day is the ceremony.

In punjabi weddings, during the day ceremony punjabi suits are worn.
In other weddings anything from Lehanga to sarees can be worn. To get an idea you can visit.

In some boutiques and shops in India if you pick up something that is ready, it will take a day or 2 to get the final finishing etc. If you want it to be created specifically to your requirments then it can take from 20 days to 3 months. My wedding ceremony outfit took 45 days and my reception outfit 80 days..and I ordered these right at the beginning of Indian wedding season.

try Track of the Wolf...a Muzzle-loading site, they have links to traditional clothing from 18th century to 19th century..and a lot of buckskin clothing including Indian wedding dresses. Beautiful but pricey.If you mean East Indian try asking any East Indian butique and they would be very happy to assist you.

proably u could try one of the many designers in delhi or mumbai.the best designer who can design ur traditional indian dress could b manish malhotra,tarun tahilani or ritu berry or somebody else........or u could try out this mall in noida which provides all accesories relating to brides and grooms
