I have been told to go back to where I came from....
The only problem is that I was told this in the country where I was born....so I don't know what to do!!!
Where should I go to comply with the person's request???

I so know what you mean here. I wear the niqab so I probably got if more they you did. I am from the south and have a bit of a southern accent. I just look right at them and bring my most southern accent out that I can and say "Wherya want me to goa! Thiss isa my home." LOLOLOLOLOL you should see the look on their faces.
But here is something you could also tell them, you were born her but you feel the home is were your heart lies. And your heart lies with pious Muslims and if you could you would go home.
LOL I have people think I don't even know English and they will talk real slow to me. I have learned to let it go in one ear and out the other. Wearing the hijab or niqab in the US requires a tougher skin sometimes. But as long as you wear it for the right reason inshaAllah you will be reward many times, if not in this life then in the next.
I am so happy though that I don't have to deal with any of this anymore. Alhumdillah I was able to make hijrah and be were my heart lies. For me this is my home and I would have it no other way. America may been were I was born but it is not my home.
Don't get me wrong I don't hate America or anything, it just does not feel like home to me.

I am appaled at the lack of compassion in UsA right now.
It is all about mememmememe, noone gives a damn about anyone else.
It is few and far between that a person can rise above the hatred and racism in America. Remember Pride is the dEADlies sin. And we are full of it. Yes I speak doom and gloom but you all don't want the truth cause you cannot handle the truth.
Truth: none in America care about their neighbor, NOT really
Truth: the church is busy seducing persons out "rich persons" of their money to support their pharisee type structures
Truth: the govt dont give a crap about you unless they can "buy your soul"
Truth: the whole world has been corrupted and no place is safe
so where do we go? hopefully someone will find some new land cause obviously Americans are Poor and feel they need it, let them have this huge wasteland.
I am from and born here and I am ashamed at the self rightousness, self indulgences, hatred toward the poor, and the downright lack of dignity and class.
America is an abomination itself.
And please don't judge me by how my fellow americans act. For I am an alien not of the world, just in it. And trust me, I'd be happy to go, but cannot until I am called.
I owe no loyalty to anyone but Jesus and his father for my life.

Ignore it.
Although, actually, being born in a country only gives you a right to stay there in a handful of countries. The US happens to be one of them. Typically in developed countries at least one parent needs to be a citizen, too.
eg_ensel - this was a small problem when it was a small number of illegal immigrants. 12 to 20 million is not a small number, and they are driving down entire school districts and closing hospitals. We can't afford this many and have been generous for far too long. It simply has become too much. We need to close the door.

Girl don't let ignorant people like the one that told you to go back get to you. Have pride in your self and in you family heritage. Don't let no one put you down no matter who they are. Please put your head up high and don't let comments like those hurt you because no matter what you are who you are and that can never be changed. Just have pride in your self and show the world that you are not ashamed of who you are. No need to go any where if this is who you are!!!

What? Don't even grace this person with your time. Even if you hadn't been born here as long as you treat everyone else and the country with respect you have a right to be there.

The city you were born..they would have no complaints..oh and carry your birth certificate to prove it because if you no speaketh the English ...you will have a hard time convening me or any Johnny law that you belong here ..final answer

If your a citzen, you missed the point. It means go back under the rock you crawled out under, go home, or go back where you mother is or a host of other meanings.

Take no notice there not worth bothering about.Ask your parents if you were born at home or in hospital with luck its hospital they will have a record of your birth or try asking your doctor.GOODLUCK

Go back to wherever you were just before they told you to go. For example, if you were in the next room just before they told you to go back to where you came from, then go back to the next room.
I don't see what that would accomplish though.
