There's this extremely expensive, extremely painful surgery where they break the bones in your legs and (I think) add something to make them longer. But you only gain about 2 to 4 inches. That's it. Oh, and it takes about 2 years to totally recover. Look it up.

Natural growth - no. As matter of fact from your mid 20's on you start to shrink! You have to play the hand you are dealt with. Make the best of it.
Someone mentioned extending the legs through surgery above. Yeah, people do that. I wasn't even going to bring it up. Look it up if you want. But she was right - it takes years to complete. Plus there are unforseen medical complications that can happen. You could wind up lame... And it does take years to do.

Yeah!! My ex is 31, was very lean guy.... started dating me he added 20 lbs of muscle, (Im a health and fitness freak)... I tease him now hes hot on account of me. You just need to make a disiplined effort at diet, excersise and supplements.

at this point in your life you are done growing, you could wear shoes with heels or lifts in them, but other than that, your stuck, sorry
