Depends on what your working with now. I mean if your 400lbs then no way. If your around 10-15 pounds from your goal then. Start exercising and cut out your processed sugars (candy, cookies, etc.) Step up your exercise regiment walking or if your able running about an hour a day. You'll see changes in no time.

It depends on what you are working with. Losing weight and building muscle is no secret, eat low cal lean protein while having an active life style. It's that simple but you have to be mentally focused and determined, but 25 days really isn't enough time to get a good body unless you already have one

Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit and veg, Cit down on red meat and alcohol. Eat wholemeal bread instead of white. Exercise 4-5 times a week for at least an hour, running, cycling and swimming. Try and visit a gym. Drink green tea. Good luck! ;)

I did 4 weeks of the "Slim in 6" workout (www.beachbody.com) a couple of years ago, and it made a really big difference even though I didn't get to the last two weeks. It's pretty grueling, but if you're already in ok shape and just want to tone up really quickly, I found it to be very effective.

It depends on the shape you are currently in...otherwise, don't make a personal appearance. Just send in your Avatar with the body that you prefer.
