Why is everyone assuming I'VE got a big hairy beer gut?

Yes. Reason being a man with a hairy beer gut usually will remind a woman of their own dad. A beer-gutted man is a symbol of a person who does not need much except for his woman, his beer and the sunday paper. Maybe watch some football. Beer-gutted men are usually easy-going, settled with what they have, and have enough time and energy to take care of their lady. Not only that they know they can not be picky with a good wife/girlfriend; therefore; they will probably try really hard to keep you around.

Every woman is different. It is what is on the inside. Big hairy beer gut to me means this person likes to have a good time and doesnt care what people think. If that is what a woman wants, then the answer is yes!
I perfer someone who takes care of themself and is clean cut... but my best friend loves the beer belly... not sure about the hairy part!

Maybe some of them, but I don't. I dont' like the whole hairy thing. And a beer gut is not a turn on for me either.

Depends on the man,... and the woman- for some people personality really does over-ride looks. Don't think this means you can let yourself go though, we like someone who cares and takes care of themselves.
