WillMaker (a Quicken product) is an easy way to write your will without paying a lawyer. This software is updated every year and has been around for a long time, previously published by Nolo Press.

Try looking on the net for information for your state. But, if you have lots of stuff to dispose of, if you have children, people you DON'T want to have your money, or anything complicated, the money you would spend for an attorney to draw up your Will will be money well spent.
