Big Pharma Companies Hate This...
Hello, my name is Ken Drew...
In this short and controversial health exposé, I’m going reveal the one amazing little secret, long suppressed by Big Pharma, that will bulletproof your body against the scary illnesses like Cancer, Heart disease, Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Arthritis and more....and its something that you can do right now in your home.
Without ever popping a single pill, getting any dreaded needle, prescriptions of any kind. Even sidestepping alternative therapies that never seem to work. Ineffective supplements that waste time and frustrate you to no end. Not to mention tear a hole in your wallet...
...Or even put you in an early grave.

Not sure but given the amount I eat, I must have it...
A quick look on Yahoo Search tells me that it's called binge-eating disorder, or compulsive overeating. However, the genetic version of the disorder is Prader-Willi Syndrome (as mentioned above already).

Yes it's Prada Willis but I'm not sure how it's spelt. A relative has got it and his parents have to padlock the cupboards! Not his fault though. Why do people have to give stupid answers all the time. Obviously they are ill-educated and more worried about getting 2 points which is pathetically sad.

Try a low carbohydrate diet and I guarantee you'll feel full and your food cravings will have got less by the end of a week. First -eat a large bowl of porridge for breakfast, with a teaspoon of sugar (or preferably honey) if you like it sweet. It's actually not low carb, but it fills you up loads and it's slow-release energy so you won't feel hungry until lunchtime, so it stops you snacking. It's good at reducing cholesterol, so it counts as a healthy carb. If you don't like porridge, try Oatibix instead. For lunch try to have salad and fruit but no bread at all. You can have lots of healthy protein to fill you up instead -so have a big plateful of salad leaves, tomatoes and cucumber, then add cheese, ham, boiled eggs, tuna, or tinned mackerel. I also like to add grapes, walnuts, pickles or beetroot for a bit of extra flavour. If you still feel hungry afterwards have a banana or apple and one biscuit. For your evening meal have chicken or any other lean meat with any sauce you like, and fill up your plate with veg, but cut right back on potatoes, pasta and rice. If you do have any of these make sure they are brown varieties and not white -and don't have big portions of them. A good substitute for potatoes is butternut squash -it's delicious roasted in olive oil with chopped red peppers and onions. You can still eat more or less what you like - just make sure the portions of so-called "empty" carbohydrates are small -so if you do have white bread, white rice or white pasta make sure it's not the main part of your meal. Don't cut out biscuits, chocolate and other fatty foods completely, just try to eat lots less of them -make sure they are a treat and not just to fill you up. When you eat a meal containing carbs, your blood sugar rises, so you produce insulin to bring it back down -but what happens if you eat large portions of "empty" carbs is that your body tends to over-produce insulin which lowers your blood sugar too much -which makes you feel like eating again. Smaller portions of healthier carbs -such as those found in fruit, veg and wholemeal products don't have this effect -your blood sugar stays more constant, and you don't get cravings for quick-fix junk food. That's why this diet works -eating fewer carbohydrates means your blood sugar levels don't constantly fluctuate all day. Remember -if you can beat the cravings now and develop healthier eating habits you're much less likely to be overweight in later life, which reduces your chances of getting heart disease, diabetes, strokes and cancer. Good Luck!
