My little brother won't stop making a mess or will brake stuff and tell my parents that he saw me brake it and I get in trouble for it!!
Any advce?

That's what younger siblings do. Have a talk with your parents but not after he's just accused you of something and don't yell at your parents it won't get you any where.

Your, and your brothers born with personality is most likely not the same.
Something you wont be able to change, only learn to accept or avoid.
He already knows how to push your buttons.

Get one of them from the library.
Then you will understand how he gets away with what he does and why, and a remedy can be applied.
Also, talk to your parents about what you are reading and are trying to understand.
