First congratulations.
Check your BMI - it's a better indicator than how you feel. But, if you're really worried to the docs and ask for some advice, maybe get your thyroid checked.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.
An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.
Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Yes.......its also a question of how and how much you eat. One pound is equal to 3500 calories, so you need to create a deficit each day to add up to 3500+ in a week, and you'll lose a pound a week. Try smaller portions, about 250-300 calories each for 4 or 5 meals each day. Do not cheat for at least two weeks, after that a small, HEALTHY cheat...one per week, should be OK. Keep up the exercise, if the doctor says its OK, and get your heart rate up over 110 beats per minute. Good Luck!!!

Keep exercising and watch not only what you eat, but when you eat. Eat three small meals plus three small snacks daily. These should include foods which are as natural as possible, such as fruits, whole grains, milk, etc. By spreading them out over the course of the day, you keep your blood sugar from fluctuating as much, so it continues to burn calories continuously. And don't be concerned if you are not losing weight rapidly--you will keep the weight off better if you only lose 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per week.

Call some of your local gyms and find out if you can take a breath test. It tells you the exact amount of calories that you burn every single day. Believe it or not, some people I've tested were literally eating too little. Once they added more calories, they started losing weight. Depending on your body type, you may also need to try getting more protein in your diet.

We often see hypothyroid symptoms totally reversed when commits to a plan that supports balance through nutrition and daily self-care. Learn here https://tr.im/O2eqO
Consume foods naturally high in B vitamins, such as whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and iodine (fish, seaweed, vegetables and root vegetables).
Exercise daily, at least 30–60 minutes per day, 4–5 times a week.
Practice deep breathing and other techniques that trigger the “relaxation response” – such as meditation and guided visualization.

Do You Need Internal Cleansing?
How do you know when it’s time to free your body of accumulated toxins, parasites and other waste material? Colon cleansing/detoxification can be beneficial for those with one or more of the following conditions:
▪ Chronic constipation
▪ Frequent gas & bloating
▪ Excess weight
▪ Frequent fatigue
▪ Impaired digestion
▪ Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
▪ Candida infection
▪ Parasite infestation
▪ Recurring headaches
▪ Bad breath
▪ Hemorrhoids
▪ Irritability
▪ Frequent colds
▪ Protruding belly
I strongly recommend this!!

Cardio.....not just any exercise but running or the treadmill or elliptical....that's what makes you lose weight. But at 138 for your height I would say you don't need to lose anymore than about 8 pounds....Because if you've been working out then chances are you have lost weight but you've gained muscle mass....it just depends on what kind of workout you've been doing.
It's okae to weigh more, as long as your body fat percentage is low
