YOUR QUESTION ROCKS on soooooooooo many levels

2006-07-05 07:16:00 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 3 3

Geez lac, what a racist statement. Are you assuming that whenever you have those services done, there is an illegal immigrant doing it? Also, why did it sound like you were attacking the questioner? I don't think they were saying that they didn't like illegal immigrants. So quick to judge.
To answer the question...it would be difficult to find one here in Ohio as well. Personally, I wouldn't buy one of those new homes in a housing development anyways. The work is shoddy and the material used is crap. It doesn't matter who worked on it if the materials are worthless. I have a friend who bought one about 10 years ago (ironically built by Mexican immigrants) and they just recently had to replace their whole kitchen floor. Now, I'm not a contractor or anything, but I think your floors are supposed to last a bit longer than 10 years. Maybe that's just me.

That's why we have laws!!!!! Building contractors are SUPPOSED TO CHECK the legal status of their employees, but the builders are the ones doing the exploiting and the illegal Mexicans are the ones allowing their dumb selves to be exploited. Your question is like asking "if you drive a car, did you make sure the manufacturer didn't use counterfiet parts?" Think about it ... how is the consumer supposed to be responsible for what takes place in the manufacturing porcess? Exampes: Do you perosnally go down to the slaughterhouse and watch your meat being chopped up, or do you assume they're NOT injecting the chicken with all kinds of steroids and other bad sh--. Illegals go home and fix Mexico. Heck, if they'd fix roofs, clean floors and flip burgers so well over here then Mexico should be the cleanest, most well-housed country in the world. It should be, but in reality it's a toilet.

I like illegal immigrants....but I don't live in a house, so.....What can I say???
Illegal immigration refers to a immigration of people across national borders —in violation of the immigration laws of the country of destination. In politics, the term implies a larger social problem with consequences in other areas of government, such as economy, social welfare, education, increased prostitution and crime and healthcareand costs of government services. For nationalists (also called "nativists") or voters illegal immigration connotes a perceived threat to traditional culture as well as having costs that exceed the possilbe benefits.
People construct houses as dwelling-spaces for human habitation. Such dwellings generally feature enclosing walls, a roof and one or more floors. This overall structure provides shelter against precipitation, wind, heat, cold and intruders. Animals may often live inside a house as well, both domestic pets and "unwanted" animals (such as mice living in the walls). The word "house" may also apply to a building provided to shelter animals, especially within a zoo.

The house often provides a permanent residence for a family or for a similar social unit. When occupying a house routinely as a dwelling, English-speaking people may call this building their "home". People may leave their house most of the day for work and recreation, but typically return 'home", to their house, at least for sleeping.

A house generally has at least one entrance, usually in the form of a door or a portal - but some early houses, such as those at Çatalhöyük, used roofs and ladders for access. Many houses have back doors that open into what some English-speakers call the backyard and other the back garden. Houses may have any number of windows to let in natural sunlight and provide a view to the outside.

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is a U.S. state located in the Southern United States, although it is sometimes included, geographically, in the Midwest. In 1792, it became the fifteenth state to join the union. Kentucky is known as the "Bluegrass State", a nickname based on the fact that bluegrass is present in much of the lawns and pastures throughout the state.

Kentucky is well known for thoroughbred horses, horse racing, local bourbon whisky distilleries, bluegrass music and college basketball. While Kentucky's pastimes are distinctly those of the South, the state's cuisine is considered to be a synergistic blend of Midwestern cuisine and Southern U.S. cuisine.

yeah if your so anti-illegal immigrants, maybe next time you go to a restaurant you can valet your own car, get your own water, cook your own food, bus your own table, wash your own dish.

Think about it.

Actually, yes, and it isn't hard at all.

If you don't vote yet, it's time to register - there's alot of work to be done, up to and including constitutional amendments to write.
