Simple but decadent: Cherry-cheese brownie bars

Bake a box of brownies according to directions, except for only 20 minutes.
Beat 2 t. vanilla, 1 egg, 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk, and 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese (softened) in large bowl until smooth. Pour over baked brownie layer. Bake until topping is set, 25 minutes. Cool 2 hours; spread with 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling. Cut into squares and store in fridge.

I have cut the fat by buying low- or no-fat ingredients for this recipe.

I have to say I have two all time favourites, the first being creme brulee (especially cracking the top) and the second being chocolate torte (firm chocolate wonderfullness on a biscuit base).

Oops, just dribbled on the keyboard.

Maple sirup, cream and brown sugar heated to a boil and then molded into small squares of divine and smooth sweet bites! If I want a little crunch, nuts in pieces added before the cooling down is really perfect. :-)
