I would tell her pull her aside where she is away from her friends or anyone else and say " Listen I know you already have a boyfriend and I would not do anything to break the two of you up but i wanted you to know that i think you are pretty and i like you." I am not guaranteeing she will do anything but its better to have told then never know

You step your game up a notch, and pimp the female out. You have to bring the playa out in you. Game her up on the phone and take her to a nice lil hot spot. Game her up some more, and bust a move. Keep in mind that you want a motive such as: You dont want to get with her. She has a bf and does not need one, or the emotional break up. Keep her happy, and interested in you. Once you score, keep it as friends with benefits. Thats how you make best friends out of chicks.
