well without job or a source of income you cant get a credit card but if someone in ur family has on you can apply for an add on card

You can get a "secured card" which will require you to put $$$ up front and then they use that as a security deposit and then after a few months of regular payments - they will increase your line of credit. Your best bet is to pay cash if at all possible!
