Everything living dies. Everything dead rots.

Here is an answer from the Bible. Jesus told of Lazarus and the rich man. The rich man in his life was cruel and would not be kind to the poor man Lazarus eventually they both died. The rich man because he was so cruel in his lifetime died and went to Hell and Lazarus died and went to Heaven. The rich man "looked up" and saw Lazarus "in the bosom of Abraham" and said "Father Abraham please send Lazarus that he may at least dip his finger in water and touch the tip of my tongue for I am tormented in this flame," and Abraham replied, "No, remember that in your lifetime you were in comfort and Lazarus was not; so now Lazarus is in comfort and you are not...and besides there is a great gulf fixed so that those that are there with you cannot pass over to this side and neither can those over here pass over to you".
So what happens to you after you die depends on what you do while you are alive and whether you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior because through him is your only way into Heaven. Think about it. Heaven is Jesus's home and by accepting him as Lord and Savior you become a child of God (you are already a CREATION of God):but that is different than being a child of God. So if Heaven is the home of God and you are not considered his child why would he let you live there. Would you just let anyone live in your home?

Hi. Your question is funny. I'm a catholic. Catholicism is based on Judeo-Chistian beliefs. Anyways, from my point of view, I think there's no one in the world that can answer that question. Only things I know is that if an animal dies and it's carcass is decomposing, the soul is no longer in the body. Why? I don't know why exactly for sure, but if we knew that the souls of animals are still in their bodies while we're eating their bodies, would you be sickened?

In Catholic beliefs, a soul may go to heaven, purgatory, or hell depending on the activities the person has done throughout his/her lifetime while living on Earth. A person's soul may go to heaven if he/she is purified away from sin and is a good person. A person's soul may go to purgatory if he/she is in the middle of being a good person and a bad person. And a person's soul may go to hell if the person had been bad while living on Earth.

In current beliefs of people around the world, the souls depart from the bodies soon after it extinguishes it's life and flies about the air in search of it's body. Some can even become ghosts and souls that are not in peace with it's death. Some beliefs even inists that souls are an energy souce that captivates a body when being born (saw that in Japanese anime cartoons).

Whatever your belief is about people's souls is that it is forbidden to kill humans horribly. It is forbidden to kill humans because you never want the same thing to happen to you. We have a consciousness that safeguards our way of life and the way we survive on the planet. We have a consciousness that is truly God given grace because if we don't have it, we'd be just like the multitudes of fishes in the sea, just swimming about, though some have knowledge of survival, there's just not enough consciousness to safeguard them from harm. The only problem with humans is that humans have to learn these things from a family unit and life experiences. Sometimes, we can't truly safeguard ourselves from harm while being a child because we're so innocent. As we get into adulthood, we learn.

Anyways, good luck on this question. You have some deep thoughts.

. This life is a test for the hereafter
This life is a test for the hereafter. The Glorious Qur’an says:
“He who created Deathand life that He may try which of you is best in
deed; and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving”
[Al-Qur’an 67:2]
8. Final justice on day of judgement
The Glorious Qur’an says:
“Every soul shall have a taste of death: and only on the Day of
Judgement shall you be paid your full recompense. Only he who is
saved far from the Fire and admitted to the Garden will have attained
the object (of life): for the life of this world is but goods and chattels of
deception.”
[Al-Qur’an 3:185]
Final justice will be meted out on the Day of Judgement. After a person dies, he
will be resurrected on the Day of Judgement along with the rest of mankind. It
is possible that a person receives part of his punishment in this world. The final
reward and punishment will only be in the hereafter. God Almighty may not
punish a robber or a rapist in this world but he will surely be held accountable
on the Day of Judgement and will be punished in the hereafter i.e. life after
death.

God created us all at the same instant. The spiritual world and the physical world were created simultaneously. What could possibly be the purpose for creating a physical world when spiritual beings already existed and are essentially 'little Gods" but without the full knowledge and power of God? Why would spiritual beings 'step down' to limited physicality? This is why -- to experience and re-create who they really are.

If an entity is more-or-less a (lesser) God and knows that he/she is not in need of learning anything nor needs to be made aware that he/she has all the positive qualities that exist, why incarnate? Because in the spiritual world, rare are the opportunities to EXPERIENCE goodness as a CHOICE. In physicality, beings can choose to react with goodness and kindness and wisdom, knowing full well they have the option to choose otherwise. This is what is meant by experiencing. This is why we are born with the veil of forgetfullness - so that we can make fresh, new choices and have the freedom to live our lives as we want. It is true that God allows u-turns. This is what is meant by 're-creating' ourselves.

Can any of us experience all we want to experience in one lifetime? There have been those enlightened beings who have done so but they are rare. The great majority of us return to this physical plane over and over again. This has been documented many, many times and is hardly a news flash. It is not a matter of belief but a logical outcome of the way that the Creator chose to experience Itself.

In these matters, ask yourself: Is God a wise, all-knowing, all-powerful Being who is everywhere(there is nothing that is not God) or is He/She an Idiot? The only Hell that exists is the one that individual souls choose to create for themselves. If God wanted to punish a soul, all He/She has to do is to destroy that soul. Why punish a soul for making choices that God Itself allows each soul to make?

Look into reincarnation as a first step to understanding. Then read Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsch. Although each soul's path is different, there is only one ultimate outcome - reunification with God.

Hitler incinerated six million Jews during his reign of terror. Even if the police had arrested him, what punishment can the human law give Hitler for justice to prevail? The most they can do is to send Hitler to the gas chamber. But that will only be punishment for the killing of one Jew. What about the remaining five million, nine hundred and ninety nine thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine Jews?

Allah can burn Hitler more than six million times in hellfire

Allah say in the Glorious Qur’an:

"Those who reject
Our signs, We shall soon
Cast into the Fire;
As often as their skins
Are roasted through,
We shall change them
For fresh skins,
That they may taste
The penalty: for Allah
Is Exalted in Power, Wise"
[Al-Qur’an 4:56]

If Allah wishes he can incinerate Hitler six million times in the hereafter in the hellfire.

nicely, no books truly contain the records on what takes position after a soul departs this international alongside with its spirit in precise nails, white veiled throughout body and verses from Quran, bible and inspite of you assert, it really is faith ofcourse. yet out of what we were taught and we discovered out of interest and although some all and diverse is turning out to be too religous or those who do not all worship God, its count number of deepest believes. With who we are getting, as a lot as i understand, discovered and heard from human beings when you're lack of life, your note e book is taken into consideration to no matter if you had carried out adequate of goods of bads. Your body is left on the grave, pushed through the above soil and yah peirced through insects as well untill God says the position you should bypass, yet once you've carried out adequate solid you'd be without delay entered to heaven. inspite of in case you do not count number on God your options will imagine in straightforward words of the hearth you be conscious lights heavy and that chilly n warm water u'll be dehyrated to..you'll imagine for an excuse, you'll beg to selection that you've been once incorrect...you'll ofcourse imagine, like giants. and they're going to spew it on the air because they'd committed their lives to God and now are going to have a limiteless existence of peace with all and diverse being fulfiled. So, you're making it a decision there is continually a existence after lack of life, you've faith or not, its a count number that differs. Take care.

That is the eternal question, isn't it?

I am not Christian, Muslim or Jewish, but I hope you don't mind me answering. As a Baha'i, I believe that after you die you become closer to God.

Best wishes.

'After we dead' most go the white light and regroup, some to plan another life, etc. If the person was very attached to their situation and was killed due to violence he/she might haunt the area for awhile. Most move on, though
