Nunchaku are legal to carry in most places, though it depends on where you are as to whether you can carry them concealed or not.
My roommate was once lectured by a police officer for NOT carrying his concealed. Our state bans concealed weapons without a permit.

The defination of a weapon is an item with the intention of physically damaging someone else. I am quite certain knumbchuckas fits into that catergory. However, studded belts and clothing are not, as even though the studs are quire sharp and can be used as a weapon, their intention is for fashion purposes, and not as a weapon.

Where are you from? Most countries like US have a law against concealed weapons. So probably not legal.

No, I am pretty sure they are not legal in any state, and if you are caught with them, it is a felony.

Do you know how much easier it would be to answer your question if you would just tell us where you are? Local laws vary.
