2 and1/2yrs. is nothing. You must be in your teens or twenties..Only at this age would you think this is any kind of "problem'.

If the age difference bothers you, then probably isn't right. There are really no advantages or disadvantages, it is simply a matter of what you want. My friends are 11 years apart (she being the older), and they have had a perfectly happy marriage for 25 years. They have had their share of problems, but the worked through them, and they are still the happiest, and most affectionate couple I have ever seen. After 25 years, and one daughter, they are still together and still very happy.

wut..?two & 1/2 years?OMG..it will be nothing dear..i thought the difference would be 30+ years(eg:Sultan Brunei and his 2nd wife)..
the poblems is not based on the age..it comes from ur attitude n the matter of ur thinking/maturity..therefore..i dont see anything wrong with age differences..so..dun worry bout the pros & cons..cos if u notice that every single relationship in this world(no matter how close/far the age differences)..would have good n difficult times..its a normal way of life cos u'll learn from the past as the present teach u how to live for future..

age and wisdom doesnt necessarily go hand in hand....
i you love each other and you want this then go for it you only live once and you are responsible for your own hapiness.
obviously there is going to be disputes and differences you have more life experience he is still a bit more naive and has a lot to learn but maybe you both can learn from each other, you may sometimes find him childlike or a bit irresponsible and he may sometimes find you too responsible. speak to him find out what you both want from each other and the relationship.
you wont know if you dont give it a chance, it might just be the best or worst thing youve ever done.

In my option,,Age is just a number...As long as he is good to you I don't see a problem unless he's under the age of 18..I'm older than my husband..a few years older..We get along great...The only problem you may have is with his family....They may not want to accept the fact that he's seeing an older woman...

2.5 years is nothing!
It may seem like it when your young, but as you get older you will see it much differently.
My 1st love of ten years was 2 years younger than I.
I met him when I was 20 and we stayed together until I was 30.
No one knew I was older, in fact it wasn't any type of issue to us either.
The gaps are noticable when 10 or more years are inbetween.
Then you have mom looking like mom and dad looking like grandpa. Even then, love is love. No age limits were put on it. So enjoy it~!

I dont think it is a problem. My bf from webdate is 3 years older than me. It does not seem to be a problem. We are mature enough to handle things and besides, age does not really matter anyway.

Two and a half years is nothing, but if you start talking about 10-20 years difference, then you got reason to worry.

advantages: young guy who you can mold to fit what you need in a man, if he is in shape his sex drive will be high for a longer period of time, and you could have more fun with a younger guy... most of the time
disadvantages: immaturity, probably not on the same wave link as you, younger then you.... doesnt feel as pressured to settle down with any one girl,
