I have blue eyes and pale skin, too. I've found light purple and pink shades of eyeshadow to be the best, with dark eyeliner and mascara. I think the worst is black eyeshadow. It looks really harsh with pale skin, kind of gothic and just ugly. Browns also seem to work well. Hope that helps!

I would use lighter tones on the eyes, like pastels..pink, purple, blue and even green. I would use more of a peach color for your cheeks, since you are light to much color will make you look sunburned. For your lips, light pink, peach or even clear gloss. For a more dramatic look add eyeliner, go for a light brown or even one shade darker than your shadow. At the end you can't forget mascara...black for a more night look and Brown for a day.In the end I know you will look GREAT!!! Goodluck!!!!

the colour that best suits your eyes is definetely Grey. Grey, in all of its' tones;ash, silver, charchoal, etc. but if you really want to make an impression, you should look really close in the mirror and see exactly what colour are the irisations(spots) on your blue eyes. They are regularily green, or grey. So, no matter which one of the two colours you choose, it's gonna be fabulous

try not to use dark colors as eyeshadows...

instead use light ones like pinker shadows to enhance the visibility of your soul!!!

Don't dye your hair into black since it may just make your eyes more stronger looking one!!!
