Physically only a few days Red. The most difficult part as you know is the mental aspect of quitting. No lectures here, you need to find your own way of quitting. Personally I kept thinking of all the people who I have seen suffer and work really hard for each breath they take. It is one of the most difficult things in life to do by stopping, but I have faith you can do it....good luck.
