You cant thats the point of a ban a web site only has its own content and will link to oterh web sites which is the same as going to them yourself. if the destination is banned then no matter what route you use to get to it the final destination will allways be banned.
if only IP address barring is used you MAY be able to access it through cached pages on google/yahoo but these only cache some text and not images or video however these search sites also have adult filters built in so if the contect is restricted you still wont be able to get it!!
If you're that desperate to view a site do it from home or a internet cafe, however beware cafe owners and parent will be able to see where you are looking and may possibly have adult filters set up already!

well, where i work, lots of websites are banned but i changed the settings on my pc and i can view anything now.
start -> settings-> control panel -> internet options -> connections -> LAN settings -> then u need the tick in the box 'bypass proxy server' and nothing else selected.
it might work, might not. depends on how it's all set up.

depends how they've blocked it.
If done in the router itself using keywords you have no chance, if its a third party that blocks address you may get round it in google.
