hmm good question...The orgasm of boys comes with the bang, and lots of liquid, whereas the orgasm of a girl is calm and quiet, coming with immense pleasure felt inside.
Such a lovely feeling it is, God has put so much pleasure in Love Making..

Hmm - ok, here we go! Boys/men have an intense and rapid orgasm with ejaculation of sperm - it lasts a few seconds and then, very often, the desire fades very quickly - hence the standing joke about falling asleep after sex! For women, I believe it is more gradual in it's build up - then it reaches a peak of intense pleasure - BUT it remains at a higher level for much longer than for us chaps! Hence - women will remain 'turned on' for much longer than the guy who has already gone downstairs to put the kettle on! Best bet is to give her an orgasm first - maybe orally, then make love. Both parties can be much more satisfied that way - unless you happen to be a MCP in which case you won't care as long as you get what you want!
Have fun experimenting!

The most obvious difference in orgasms is that male orgasms are usually accompanied by the ejaculation of semen. Ejaculation involves the secretion of semen into the urethra (urinary canal) and a rhythmic contraction of pelvic muscles that forces the semen out of the urethra.
In males sometimes orgasms occur with or without ejaculation. When men have orgasms without ejaculation, the pelvic muscles contract and you feel like youêre having an orgasm, but the semen is prevented from being secreted into the urethra. Less commonly, the semen is pushed backward into the bladder during orgasm and appears as milky fluid that comes out during urination after sex. This is called retrograde ejaculation and happens occasionally when men try to prevent ejaculation during orgasm and is usually not a sign of a disorder. However, retrograde ejaculation does happen more frequently in people with diabetes or after surgery, causing damage to the nerves around the penis.
During orgasm for a female, the rhythmic contractions take place within the pelvic muscles as well as the walls of the vagina. In most women, there is no fluid ejaculated during orgasm. Another difference between male and female orgasm is that women do not experience a refractory period and may have multiple orgasms with continued or additional stimulation.

Unless you've been both a boy and a girl, no one can tell you that. Apart from the physical side of things.
