i had my period on the 16th of last month, just want to know why i had dat serious cramp yesterday since am TTC.

it could have been ovulation pain. Some women do get cramping when they are ovulating. You are more aware of it when you are trying for a baby than at any other time.

There's actually a name for the pain during ovulation that occurs in your lower abdomen: Mittelschmerz (German for pain in the middle....go figure.
It can last for hours or days. I get it occassionally but not with every cycle. With other fertility signs (mucus, temps rising, etc.), mittelschmerz can be a good indicator that you're ovulating.

I totally have ovulation pain. It's kind of a sharp quick pain in one side. Go for it!!! Look for the clear streachy egg-white like discharge. If you have that too...you are ovulating!!! Best of luck! Wish me the same!

It;s also very possible that it was bloating or constipation pain. (Constipation can be a result of pregnancy)
It could be a sign of your period coming.
It could be a sign of implanation, but it shouldn't be a very intense pain.
