What would happen if all the oil in the world turned into water?

By the way if u r thinkin geologically, thn u know Oil is lighter thn water, so earth will bcome heavier and that should affect its rotation and revolution too, may b the axis of tilt too.
but fortunately, v don't have lot of oil, which even if converted to water, will surely not affect the earth.
Though atmosphere will ceratinly b lot better if v can avoid buring fossil fuels. but here's one more catch that, whr 'll all the carbon trapped by earth's system in the deep in form of oil will go, it 'll surely comeout n play havoc with the climate, and lifecycles.

it would be the best if all oil could get converted into water.
it would have all positive aspects and nearly negligebly negative aspects
1.transportation won't be a problem as water and hydrogen engines are out
2.water being more after that conversion would obviously be better
3.food can be cooked using bio gas
