Sorry honey, but your question is vague...are you asking where you can find work being an extra and not paying money for it? If that is so, look up independent films in your area and connect with the directors...they will love to have you! If you are in them, if nothing esle, it give you screen exposure time and my son got an actual gig from being an extra from an MTV producer and albeit, a minimal, but pivotal part in that film he is now on IMDB.com and it give him status as being head and shoulders above others in an audition!
Best of luck to you!

yeah Indie films are good but for big budget you really have to keep your eyes and ears open. Even for extra work if you don't go through an agency you have to pay it is a good idea to invest in headshots and start adding anything you can to the resume on back.
Most big films get extras from agencies b/c it is much easier to get that many people from one place but if you show up solo you will still almost always get cast.
Best place to start is Music Videos b/c some don't use as many extras so you will be remembered and you will also hear about the next project.......
Always act confident like you know where you are and you are supposed to be there. If someone starts throwing clothes on you and pushes you onto a set go with it.You know extra work only pays scale but I've gone for extra work and ended up a key player in a scene (I didn't get payed b/c no one knew who I was and I wanted the scene to stay in but you can bet it's on my resume and you can bet that I've "bumped" into other actors or musicians from that video and ended up working for decent money on the next one)

Not knowing where you are it is difficult to be specific about companies that provide extras. Basic rule of thumb, though, contact the agencies. Ignore any that demand an up-front fee. As a background artist - oh yes! There is an actual catagory with a posh name - YOU are the one who will be paid.
Apart from the waiting around etc. mentioned above, be prepared to go to a shoot at very short - under a day - notice. And a car (auto) is essential.
Break a leg and I hope you find your life's goal.

Go to spotlight and sign up with them. You get advice and they hold castings there. It costs' but you get work and advise from them. It's what all the actors worth there salt are in
