It sounds like a virus. Herpes to be exact. not the genital kind but the oral kind. Herpes can be big blisters nasty blisters but they can also be small and they can appear on the inside of the mouth as well as the outside of the mouth. I would ask your doctor about Herpes. The breakouts reoccur and can be brought on by different things, chapped lips, sunburned lips, lack of sleep. stress, fever, etc. some people only get them once or twice in their lives others can have them reoccur regularly. there are drugs you can apply topically or you can take prescription pills that might help. I have found that a combination of over the counter stuff helps me and I havent had to take prescription drugs for it. there is a chapstick type of medication called Herpecin-L. you can get it at most drug stores. use it regularly and it may keep them from popping up. once they come up though. This product helps them go away much quicker for me. You apply it once an hour while you have a breakout. It works Better than others on the market for me at least. Especially when I also take L- Lysine along with it. You can get it at the drug store also in most areas or at a vitamin store. Its a natural substance and I take it every time I have a break out. I can get it cleared up in a day or two with this treatment. Also Peanuts can trigger a breakout. So I would avoid them or take an L-Lysine right after you eat them to avoid a breakout. Herpes is a common virus and it can sit in the body for years before popping up. So you may never find out how or where you got it. But I think it might be what you have. Your only infectious while you have a breakout, as far as I know, so be sure to not kiss anyone or share a spoon or straw while you have the sores on your lips. some people can tell when they are going to have a breakout because they feel a bit of a tingle or warmth in the area just before the blisters come up. Once you recognise the feeling you can start to treat it before it gets bad. Oh, I also read today that honey can help the blisters shrink also. I have never tried it but thought I would pass it on. I hope this helps.

White blisters on bottom lip are from what and how do I get rid of them?
I had them for a long time. Dentist thinks that I just bite my lips?
I use a CPAP for sleep apenea. I am not sure if that has something to do with it?

I got identified with herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 5 yrs ago, when I was still attending college and had a stupid one-night stand. I know loads of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the implications for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date other men again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/xZJ8T everything changed.
Not only was I able to clear away all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my system in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just a week ago, in front of everyone in a crowded restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This method provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience true love again. Now I hope that I can help others too by sharing this story.

BLISTERS on your bottom lip? I'd check with my Dr. and get tested for HERPES. No, it doesn't matter if bottom lip or top. Blisters are blisters. And yes you can live quite well with herpes. And you may also very well NOT have Herpes. But it can't hurt to be tested.

Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!
1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.
2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.
The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.
After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net
Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Lycine can be very helpful to you with these. It is sold over the counter and taken orally. Look for topical applications as well. Do peroxide and water rinses three times a day or so and avoid irritating foods like nightshades (tomatoes, eggplant, potatoes, etc...), alcohol, direct sunlight and stress. Rest and a good multi vitamin will help as well
