It really depends on what he does for a living, If he alternating shift patterns then he needs time to adjust his body.
If he was a regular 9 - 5 job then you could look at his diet / hobbys.
If he goes to the gym after work but does not eat the right things then his body will be to tired to do anything.
If you have a very active sex life then it could be that you need to give him a break, as much as you and him might want to it is the age old case of "the spirit is willing but the body is unable"
To help give him energy try eating fruit / juice drinks / nutrient drinks and food along with a few early nights, he should be back to normal in no time.

Maybe you could try and get him/her to take a week off so you could spend it together, 1st 3 days for sleeping and recuperating, 1 day for open and honest communication, usually open and honest communication, if done with the intent to find the love, will sort things out.

Or do a mix of old things that brought you together in the first place and some things you are both unfamiliar with but excited by so can see each other in a new light.

Okay, first, be patient and understanding. Maybe you can do something like surprising him. And yes, I agree with the other answerer when she said "give him some credits" BUT if the situation continues, then it's time to react and talk. Maybe a leave from work and a vacation together will do the trick. We don't deserve to be ignored! If he will refuse, then there must be another problem.

what's it that you're doing at the same time as he falls asleep? He does not bypass to sleep if he replaced into interested in what replaced into happening. do not merely take a seat round on the settee, because he will easily be bored and bypass to sleep. If he's not bored, he received't bypass to sleep.

If he is getting enough sleep in a regular pattern, and yet remains tired all the time over a long period then get him to see his doctor for a few tests.

Persistent tiredness which is not relieved by sleep can be a symptom of illness.

It might be to do with what he eats. I tend to feel very tired if i eat a lot of junk food for a while. Try giving him nice home cooked healthy meals and see if it helps.

Make sure he eats properly. Fruit and vegetables give you energy and so does exercise in the fresh air. I take a magnesium supplement for energy and it works for me.
Make him smoothies and fruit juices.

if he's always been like that he's just one of those sleeping people, if this is something new then he may have some type of medical issue or vitamin deficiency, send him to the dr.
