Assuming next year it'll be a WC final between England and Brazil, AND the actual teams will playing it (without aging, coach replacements and so on...), I've no doubt at all.
Actual Brazil ISN'T a team, is a squad selected by crowd, playing a 4-2-2-2 without any real covering in midfield and defensive line. Heavily unbalanced. Without tactics and schemes. Brazil had their chances only because their opponents were quite thin. Japan, Australia, Croatia. Next, Ghana fully fails his match, playing with a defender line too high, toward midfield, allowing opponents fast break attacks (and 2 goals were scored in offside plays...). Brazil fails its first real test match in the tournament, against France, showing lack of fitness, few poor schemes, lack of willingness.
So, I go straight for England. They were a team, Brazil don't.

I guess you mean if they meet in any other occasion not particularly world cup.
Statistically i predict that Englands team is still going to be almost the way it is now. because this is their best team.
But for Brazil, all those old boys will not be featured again.
So it is going to be fresh legs from Rio-jeneiro streets and Santos.
So compare elite boys versus Ghetto boys.
Who do you think will win.

Next World Cup is in 2010, not next year.
And before start wondering who would win, they both have to make sure that they qualify for the World Cup...
