You must have been offered it for a reason. It's better to regret doing something than to regret not doing something.

Team Leadership is a great role to have - but you have to be prepared to take the role seriously. People will look to you for guidance and support and you should be there to help the people in your team to be able to do their jobs better. Many people see Team Leadership as a control thing - in my view - you have done your job well when you have helped your team become self sufficient.
I would agree with others and suggest you go for it. Ask your boss where s/he would see your areas for development and how they are going to support you in these areas. Also ask where they see your strengths - these are the things that must have led to the boss considering you for the role - so find out so you can do more of these things.
Finally - take time to look at the job description and ASK where you have concerns or need clarification.
Go for it! - what have you got to lose!!!!

You wouldn't have been offered the job is your manager's didn't feel you could do the job in the first place. They are happy with what you are doing already, and they know you get on with the rest of the team involved.
What would you rather happen - someone brought in from outside the company, or someone who was already working in the team, to do the job?

The basic requirement of a team leader is the application of responsibility and the ability to delegate.
You need to have reasonable people skills to be an effective leader, although I've had a few who had no people skills at all.

i am sure whoever offered you this role must have seen some qualities in you and think you are capable of doing it. just ask yourself why me? and think of all the difference that you make being in this position. also read about team management and interpersonal skills and i am sure you would come up with some thing good. all the best.

If you´re worried you can´t do the job that means you´re the right one for it. You won´t be an arrogant know it all, and the chances are you will listen to those around you, that will make the team more effective and they will feel they can trust you. Just don´t forget to share the credit for a job well done.
GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you have not any reason to believe that you is purely no longer waiting to conceive until eventually, for sure, there's a kin heritage of infertility. Your sessions being abnormal can certianly make issues extra annoying yet there are distinct women accessible with abnormal sessions which have healthful toddlers with out clinical intervention. both way, commence taking prenatal supplementations now because this is critical that you've alot of folic acid on your body once you do conceive. and be certain you get prenatal care once you do change into pregnant. you're youthful and that i in my opinion imagine you would possibly want to attend to have toddlers yet once you're going to do it purely purely remember to preserve your self and your toddler.

a 'team leader' is someone who gets given all the jobs that the boss cant be arsed to do. its basically a title that means they dont have to pay you as much as they would if you were management.
