I look at the eyes followed by the mouth. These are two areas with stronger body language to observe.

Generally the part that stands out...
If someone has striking eyes you look at that. If they have an unusual hairstyle, you look at that.
You focus where they want you to focus generally....a low cut dress or tight pants and your eyes will follow where they are sent..
People sort of feature the areas they want to be noticed...and thats where one looks.

I say i will definately look at his/her eyes to see how much do he/she is excited to welcome me into his/her life or the conversation we are about to have. A smile does not always tells us the truth about he/she. The sparkle of happiness in that person's eyes just tells me how much honest is he/she is being with his/her self and me, of course.

I can lie! but i don't, because you asking to be honest... If it is a girl first i will see her face, if she looking good i will see her structure else not...

Depends on how close I am.
From a distance, their entire body, no specific place.
Up close (within arm's reach), their eyes.

i look at the face but if its a girl my eyes drift down a little bit

I look them in the eye if thier looking at me. BUT if that person is a girl and is not looking at me, I look at her best "asset". If that person is a guy... well i just look at them in thier face.
