Like, say the girl is very inexperienced and the guy is. Also, the guy is supposed to be just her friend, but he goes for her anyway. The girl said it wasn't okay the first time, then an hour later the same thing happens but he's more intense. She doesn't know what to say or do.

The dilemma is that you cannot say 'no' to something you are exactly confused about and probably you are inclined to say 'yes' but a number of factors prevent you to do so.
You are the better judge as to whethrt you have to go for it or not.
But if you mean 'no' say 'no' or you will be taken to be saying 'yes' by not saying 'no'. (pure mathematical rule applied - no sign is a '+')

I went through the same thing!! You just go with what you feel inside if your heart and soul says yes Do It! But if they say no Don't Do it! You just got to go with you feelings about that person. I didn't do it ! He was my best friend and I didn't want to lose that!! So go with you instinct Girl!!

I think not saying no is the same as saying yes because you're not necessarily refusing. You have to tell someone the direct answer, because if you don't they'll just go along with it.

in the matter you wrote :No does not maen the same as saying yes. Its more than that.Actually the girl wanted it badly that the boy to do that sort of things.Hope you understand.It was much more in the mind of girl than in the mind of boy.
