Interesting in that most women feel threatened if a male wears a skirt. Yet males originated the wore skirts for centuries till pants came along (mainly for riding horses and work). Pantyhose is already largely unisex and skirts may follow since men have so few options compared to women. (Women have already robbed EVERYTHING from the men's side of the wardrobe). Many say it's gay or whatever but they are the ones insecure in their own sexual orientation. A lot of women think a guy looks great in a skirt so yes one day it will be possible but not right now.

Im not sure. thats like asking why women can wear pants and still be socially accepted by all but if a man wears a skirt or dress, people assume its a dare, bribe, hes a drag queen, or transvestite. I think that its very wrong to assume. If I saw a guy wearing a skirt or dress in public, I would probably thank him for being so brave.

UNISEX are not mostly masculine in design. They are UNISEX in design. Meaning both sexes can wear it. So there is no "UNISEX" mini-skirt, just like there is no UNISEX jock-strap.
There is no double standard -- get over it.

Female feels just okay if she wears pants or other masculine designs. But if a male wears a mini skirt??? Well it annoys people (and himself, if he's not insane). I guess there's no problem for women to look "strong", but men don't want to look feminine. Like i said, it annoys themselves : )

I get compliments all of the time when I wear a skirt out with my girlfriend. Women can't believe how sexy a man's shaven pantyhosed legs can look in a denim skirt and we both get compliments when we wear matching skirts together.
It's all a matter of experience. Men need to just go out in a skirt and let the public learn to accept that there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with it...

coz they wouldnt be able to squeeze in the tiny waist space with their big beer belly, and they have to always add in two oranges or anything to fill up the breast space.
As far as mini skirts go.. men just cant stand the pain of waxing their legs, and dont have the patience in shaving their legs. to match a mini skirt - they are not balanced enough to wear heels.
