Are you talking about "Spawn" the movie figure? That is one of my son's favorite films.
I don't know if they still carry it by Toys R Us (www.toysrus.com) used to carry it. Here is a link from Froogle for the figure, but dang, it is nearly $35!

Probably the best and cheapest way would be to try www.ebay.com. If they do not have it at the time, you can list it on a "Want" list and you will be notified when it is available.
