The way I understand it, putting on some make up does not intend to cover what God gave us. Instead make-ups are used to ENHANCE our physical attributes. I don't think there's anything wrong with wearing make-up to make us look better and more presentable.
Everyday make-up should be light and natural-looking. But party or formal make-up should be a little bit heavier, especially if the affair is at night time. Lastly, theatrical make-up should be really heavy because one has to stay under the spotlights and facing a live audience in a wide and dark theater for sometime.

Make up is good when you use it right. All it do is enhance what is already there, and sometimes makes you feel better. But not too much, make it natural looking and simple. It doesn't cover what God had gave you. I can't understand that one. It can change the way you look for a while but not yourself or your heart.

make up is really cool when used in moderation. have u seen the way some people use it? makes them look like corpse (true, no harm intended)
i don't wear makeup when i'm at home. i wear it moderately when i'm going to work and church.
I wear a little extra meakeupi when i have to attend a party or other important events in the evening because of the way light work on our skin and looks.
but ladies must make sure it really suits their skin colour and they do not over emphasise thier God given looks with a lot of makeup.

I believe in my heart that when we first take care of our skin with a great line of skin care products creating healthy, soft, glowing, radiant skin--we can minimize color cosmetics. Color cosmetics are used to create a dramatical affect for the Daring woman. But color cosmetics are really used to Enhance the Beauty God gave us. He doesn't need any help but as we begin to age I believe that it's o.k to put a little color back in our cheeks, a little sparkle in our eyes and perkiness back in our lips to keep that youthful glow. And when a woman looks in the mirror and like what she sees--She feels like she can conquer the world; and she does. This is such a small gesture to help make the world a happier place. 'Cause when momma ain't happy, ain't Noobody happy!

I'm a young 47. At present I don't wear make up because I don't feel comfortable wearing it anymore. I take care of our business, husband, parents, grandchildren and our home. It sort of gets in my way. But I don't think there is anything wrong with other women wearing it. It accentuates their natural beauty, if applied properly. We are all one of God's beautiful creatures.

I believe that if god didn't want us to wear makup he would have made us all pretty. I belive that if god didn't want us to have makeup he wouldn't have let us create it.
I feel that some women are naturally beautiful but others are not and if they need makeup to feel better about themselves then its their choice to wear it.

I like makeup and whether you wear it or not you have to be confident with yourself and love yourself, There is nothing wrong with wearing it as long as you realize that it is more to you than just that. And as long as you don't wear too much I think its cool.
