I have had vehicles do this and the problem was the stock steering and suspension parts. They are non greasable and they dry up. Buy a grease gun and grease needle. Use the grease need to make a hole in the rubber boot of the tie rods, control arms, cv boots,etc... Pump it full of grease and work the joints if possible. (put the vehicle on jack stands) Be sure to seal the holes in the boots with a silicone sealer to prevent moisture.
Grease the body and suspension bushings as well.

I actually have a 2013 Chev Matiz that makes a squeaking noise when I turn the Wheel at low speeds. It doesn´t have means steerage, so, any theory what the problema is? It in ordinary words has 4000 miles!!!

CV shaft or ball joint. If there is a 'clicking' sound, then it's deffinatly the CV shaft/boot. May be power stearing, check fluid and pump to be sure- but it's unlikly. If it is hard to turn your wheel at slow speeds, then it is your power stearing fluid/pump. If the fluid is full in this case, than it is your pump.

its becouse they dont use greese in the joints any more get a small pick and put it in the boots and put the straw of a wd40 can in there load up all the joints this way it will fix the problem

usually it means your low on Power Steering Fluid or your Rack and Pinion is goin out
