I simply think men makes better leaders... Especially in decision making...

I remember as a kid, women always said "when women had power there would be no wars. Cause a woman would always see a child as could have being hers."
I live in Germany where the governor of (or Mayor which everone is higher) Frankfurt one of the riches cities in Germany, where theý spent 7 million Euros for the Soccor final cup, lets the poor people live in containers. These containers are so small that the four people who live in them together can not all stand at the same time.
She also allows the ambulance to leave unconcioius poor people laying on the streets.
The real big person here in Germany, I guess similar to the president is a woman.
She has made a reform where by people who now recieve 345 euros to live off monthly will recieve 220 euros up next year.
These people have paid 20 30 or even 40 years 50% taxes.
To go back to Usa as the situation broke out in New Orleans and first the white people were takened and the blacks left behind. Rice did have a high position.
Back to the question because women have tried so hard to prove that they are just as good as men. They make the same mistakes.
To much politic not enough love.

No No No... women should provide support to the man in charge. Women will never make good leaders even politically...politics is a dirty game, not for women.
The emancipation is a mirage...nothing will change drastically bcos of women leaders. The crises in Iran, South Korea, Darfur, Iraq (& other problems like global warming, nuclear stand-offs)will not go away bcos of a woman leader (i predict it will be worse)
As in the Bible, there were never women leaders, only in support roles.

When women reach full equality, when they no longer have to (or feel that they need to) overcompensate to compete with men, I think that leadership by women will help to create a more balanced community among leaders and those they lead. Unfortunately, there are some women who still feel that they need to be more macho or tougher than men to be taken seriously. These have only lowered the opinions toward women in leadership roles.
The longer that emancipation has been the rule, the less women will feel the need to prove themselves.

Women Leaders can be as strong as any Male leader, that was seen by Margaret Thatcher and Indira Ghandi. in todays chauvinist World it is always good to have this kind of Leaders.

I think it is brilliant, woman have less aggression than men so if all countries had woman leaders it would defiantly be a calmer world
