Does day six follow straight on from day 5? someone must know the truth!

I was wondering the same thing myself.
I don't think Day 6 will follow Day 5 directly...all 5 Seasons so far have had gaps of time between them, so I have to think Day 6 will be the same.
My guess: Day 6 will start with Jack being exchanged for a Chinese prisoner we have. But, that's just a guess.

Some nasty people will do something dastardly and it'll look grim for the government agent for a long time, as he battles against the nasty people and their moles in his top secret department, whilst having personal problems that are the result of him being a decent kinda guy but having a job where the whole history of civilisation rests on his shoulders and so he can't devote as much attention to his family as they need and this makes him sad but determined at the same time to beat the nasty people but then he'll get an amazing breakthrough and save the day and the nasty people will get whats coming to them and god bless america.
