I never had skin problems before. All through high school, etc, never really had zits. Last month, I started breaking out. I thought it was pre wedding stress, but now, it is 2 wks after the wedding and I am still breaking out all over my chin. They aren't huge zits, but little ones. I have tried acne gel, biore face cleanser, etc. Nothing is working.
Also, I just got a Marylin Monroe piercing (for those who don't know, it is a peircing in the general area that Marylin's beauty mark was) and you are supposed the soak it in salt water 2x a day to help the healing process. The only problem, now the skin around my piercing is really dried out. I can't do much, because I have to keep stuff away from it while it is healing, but if anyone had any ideas about how to relieve the dryness, that would rock. Thank you!

Honestly, whenever I have an out of the blue break out I always use Dial antibacterial soap. It works wonders, and it will keep your piercing nice and clean. Just use it every time you are in the shower.
If the problem persist I use Johnson & Johnson Clean & Clear Astringent. It will dry out your skin a bit, (just use moisteriuzer) but get rid of everything unnecessary!

I have been using toothpaste and it helps the whiteheads clear up.
Also put a little bit of salt on the places every now an then and that will help dry the bumps up to. I also use the St. Ives products.. My face has really been clearing up...
As far as keeping them away.. There is nothing that will do that....Just have to go through the process...Some women start having acne problems later in life than early...
Oh and as far as proactive that stuff did not help at all all it did for me was make my eyes swollen and my face itch...

Wenever u wash ur face use a glycerine based soap (the transparent types). They r supposed 2 suit any skin. Use a nice mosturiser like dove. And yeah wen u r stressed out u do get huge zits. Drink lots of water. It will flush out the toxins keeping ur skin healthy and glowing.Pls avoid touching any area near ur zit or else they will spread.
Soak a cotton ball in warm salt water and keep on applying it on the zit. This will dry it up. After that apply a little honey on that area.

Try Triple-antibotic ointment for the acne part. For the piercing... try taking Zinc pills for the first few months after a piercing... that will keep it from getting infected, dried out and make it heal faster. If the Zinc doesn't work, you might be having an allergic reaction to the jewelry. Good luck.

moisturize. always put lotion on the areas that are dry. my mother is always on my case about my skin. also drink lots and lots of water to keep your skin feeling fresh and it will also keep you from sweating. this method has worked for most of my friends and family.. wash your face with warm water to open your pores and soap it up well. then wash wish cold water to close your pores. use lotion to seal in the moisture in your skin. clearer skin should come in about 3-7 days if its done twice daily. hope i helped.

Sounds like a rash, although I dont think they usually last that long,
Go to a doctor, or walk-in clinic, and they should prescribe some medication to help heal it.

A most-sincere advice to you, call at a good dermatologist for professional advice and NEVER try to treat yourself or ask for commercially prescribed drugs. With my best wishes for a quick recovery.

Neosporin will work great for the piercing.

As for the other, I've been dealing with acne for years, if anything works, let me know.
